At EMS Furnishing, we offer the following delivery options to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days.
  • Special Bed Orders: 10-15 working days.
  • Special Sofa Orders: 15-25 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on product availability, your location, and shipping carrier delays.

Free Delivery Within 5 Miles
We are pleased to offer free delivery within a 5-mile radius of our physical shop located at:

Delivery Charges Outside 5 Miles

Delivery Process
Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time. Our delivery team will ensure your items are delivered safely and efficiently. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the items.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.
  • Deliveries are made to the ground floor only. If you require assistance with moving items to another floor, please let us know in advance, as additional charges may apply.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions).

Tracking Your Order

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at contact@emsfurnishing.co.uk. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
